With his trusty chainsaw, Ash \u2014 a humble housewares clerk turned reluctant hero \u2014 takes on the undead in a riotous mix of comedy, music, and horror homage that has become a global cult hit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis show is pure fun,\u201d said Joseph Wallen, Workhouse Arts Center\u2019s Director of Performing Arts. \u201cWhether you\u2019re a horror fan, a musical theater fan, or neither, you\u2019ll leave laughing. Guests travel in small groups for frightening experiences that bring them through the abandoned, historic buildings and into the dark woods where they will encounter terrifying characters and sights unfit for the faint of heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New experiences for this season provide more interactive scares to challenge even the bravest of souls including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Horsemen<\/strong> \u2013 following inspiration from the legendary, mythical harbingers of Apokalypse stand ready to usher in the terrors that await! A more intense, aggressive experience. <strong>Rated PG-13<\/strong> (ticketed event).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Gauntlet<\/strong> \u2013 step into the shoes of a team of defenders to protect a landing zone for rescue.
